Is the consensus here that Frost has just never mentioned to our punt returners that they shouldn’t field a punt at the 3 yard line while running into their own end zone? Things like that, Martinez fumbling, missing open receivers, Tannor’s roughing penalty aren’t happening because Bret is a better coach. At some point you have to realize that Frost isn’t playing Madden here… these guys have to execute on their own. They’ve been in plenty of positions to do that so far, but they haven’t.

It's year 4, not year 1. If these mistakes were few and far between, I wouldn't mention it. We've been subject to comically absurd football for a long time now and at some point you have to acknowledge that coaching matters when it comes to these mistakes. Good teams don't make them. Even Illinois isn't making them like NU is today.

A team NU should be beating handily is beating NU by 2 TD's with a first year HC and backup QB.

Yes, he's getting out-coached and badly so.

Bruh, u have failed to bring in a better QB than the one ya got 4yrs ago to run the show, that can't hit the broad side of a barn, and the turnovers.

How is that NOT a coaching Issue?

ST was an issue in hr 1 and is not fixed I ur 4...how is that not a coaching issue?

Part of being the HC is also getting the proper coaches at other spots to coach the fugging game..
