I remember some of us worrying about it and you were also skeptical.

We proved we were going to spend top 10 money and we didn’t hire an unequivocal top 10 guy or a top 25 guy we lured away with a hefty raise.

Instead we went and hired a guy who’s never had success and his first order of business was to bring in Jeff Sims.

I’ve been wrong a lot and I acknowledge that. But this equation was not hard to get right.

Robinson, Hutmacher and Gifford might be the most overrated players in Nebraska history.

They have been major disappointments this year. Rhule needs to stop watching and thinking NFL. What we were doing last year attacking and blitzing more was working and now we think we will get there with Robinson and Hutmacher is crazy, they just aren't quick enough players.

And pretty much every half decent team has had the answers as well. Since after the first half of the CU game, this team has had it firmly in neutral or in reverse.

You watch this team-especially on offense-and it is impossible to see what the scheme is or what they are trying to accomplish out there. It is impossible to believe this coaching staff sees these same plays get stuffed week after week and think that "this is the week they'll work".

At least everyone who was thinking "we'll know what we have after this week" now knows the answer: Shit play calling, shit coaching, and shit execution. It's one thing to lose a game but this "performance" coming after a week off is absolutely inexcusable.

Personally I don't think there is a chance in hell TW sticks around for another year. Having your attacking multiple defense get hamstrung by a fantasy your head coach is trying to force into reality would piss off any coordinator.
