It's a crazy blend of Spread and flexbone concepts.
Really similar to what Josh Lynn was doing at Kearney.
Hopefully it comes down to a cost deal.
They pay for an actually good OC.
Need to pay up for a good rb coach too.
And need to find a quality position coach than can do special teams.

RichRod is currently making about a mil a year as a head coach at Jacksonville State, and Chip Kelly is the OC at Ohio State, making $2 million a year.
I think Husker Mike is just throwing out some prominent names without doing his research.
