I'd rather take a chance on a kid that projects to multiple positions from that level of competition.

No idea if it’s accurate but max preps says 6 total in 10 games.

I think that’s fair. I’m not going to hold his defensive stats against him as a RB prospect.

The last two NE kids that signed as RBs are Jaylin Bradley and Collins Okafor. The track record for NE kids at RB the last twenty years is terrible.

It’s hard to believe it’s even possible to be that bad in that context.

I’m not arguing that Nebraska has been a RB factory. I’d agree that outside Jay Ducker potentially, RB talent in Nebraska has been slim to none.

That said I’m not confident projecting kids by position based on 15 years of incompetent coaching/eval/development.

Hopefully Booth is as good as his stats suggest.

I have absolutely no idea, but it's pretty clear the dude fits right in to that MAC/CUSA niche and good for him

Respectable career stats but the level of play is not comparable.

What do you like about the offer? His stats against 140lb C2 players?

If he's so valuable that he can't play defense why is he getting carries in the second half when they are up 30?

You make a good point. Not much to like about a kid that's a high level two sport athlete that's been praised on a national level for his athleticism that's doing exactly what a guy with those credentials should be doing against the level of competition he is against.
