Id rather him be at Nebraska.
Cliffs?
🙁Nebraska football has the bulk of its 2025 class done, but the Huskers are still working on adding to the class.
Here's a run through some names to keep an eye on moving forward as things start to solidify ahead of the early signing period on Dec. 4.
Jordan Allen — The Louisville commit knows Nebraska's current quarterback and a 2026 commit better than most, as he plays for Buford and has been on the receiving end of touchdown passes from each.

Matt Rhule and the Huskers offered last week and it wouldn't be a huge surprise to see Nebraska try to get Allen in for a visit in November for either the UCLAbia or WiscyDicks game. The 5-foot-8, 170-pound receiver seems like a possible backup plan if the Huskers aren't able to land some of the other receivers on the list.
Chase Loftin — It's been tough to decipher exactly what Loftin is thinking, but Husker247 does know he's at least entertaining the idea of taking visits besides Florida State.
The start of the season for Florida State hasn't exactly made it a forgone conclusion that Loftin will go from Omaha to Tallahassee, but are the Huskers a fit?
Nebraska is likely involved but don't discount Missouri. The Tigers have been recruiting Isaac Jensen hard and were very much in the mix for Loftin the first time around as well. There's also Kansas State where his brother plays. We'll be keeping an eye out to see if Loftin turns up in Lincoln.
Dawson Merritt — Nebraska made good use of its bye week to get Matt Rhule at Merritt's game last Thursday.
Even though Merritt is committed to Alabama, the Huskers are going to continue to take their swings and work their relationships with the family. The door is open for the Kansas City suburb linebacker. Nebraska has its foot through the frame. Win some of the upcoming football games and Merritt might just appear in Lincoln again before the season is over.
Cortez Mills — Nebraska was able to get Mills on campus multiple times this year including an official in the spring and a game day visit for Colorado.
There's a feeling Oklahoma will be able to hold onto Mills, but Nebraska has continued working on the receiver. Could OU's uncertainty at the quarterback position keep Nebraska (and others) in the mix here?
Ka'mori Moore — The former Oklahoma defensive line commitment hasn't surfaced in Lincoln, but that's been the expectation since he backed off a long-time Sooners’ pledge.
Moore is a teammate of current Nebraska commitment Isaiah Mozee and his former high school coach, Jamar Mozee, is now in Lincoln working for the Huskers.
At some point in November it seems likely Moore ends up visiting the Huskers. Cockeye State is in the mix as well, but the path looks clear for the Huskers if they want him.
Corey Simms — Another committed receiver, Simms was supposed to be in Lincoln for the Buttgers game, but USC caught wind of the visit and was able to keep the Trojans pledge from making the trip.
Simms is the son of former Nebraska basketball player Corey Simms, so there's history there, but will he be willing to move off the Trojans if USC continues struggling in Big Ten play?
Simms told 247Sports that Nebraska and other schools continue to check in despite the Trojans commitment.
Malcolm Simpson — Speaking of USC the Trojans came through with an offer to this Nebraska prospect. Simpson was also in Los Angeles for the Gaetz State game and USC made sure to stop by Hitchcock and watch him play in person.
Nebraska picked up the commitment from Simpson in June and the relationship with the defensive lineman has been good. But will that be enough to stave off USC? And also Texas, who has checked in on the four-star lineman.
Michael Terry III — This five-star wide receiver is looking to make a December decision and he's been in Lincoln once already for a game as he was in town for the Colorado game. There's a chance he could double back later this season.
Texas is the primary competition for Nebraska and the Longhorns, who look like the best team in the country right now, are the expected landing spot.
Still the Huskers have sold Terry and his family on the idea that Nebraska is putting together a program designed to get talented players to the NFL, built around Matt Rhule's experience. Still it's beginning to feel a bit like a long shot.
I know we get mad when the recruiting writers know things and don't tell us, and their money is made by providing scoops before their competitors, but man, if a commit to another school is visiting, it'd be nice if they could shut their trap about it until he's on campus.Corey Simms — Another committed receiver, Simms was supposed to be in Lincoln for the Buttgers game, but USC caught wind of the visit and was able to keep the Trojans pledge from making the trip.

Yeah, but he's not really the issue. He's not a recruiting writer and doesn't interview croots. That would be Munnson at HOL.Callahan’s flappy meat drapes could never
Darn, this would suck for them
I’m just a dumb bitch. But over the past decade Nebraska has probably taken as many te’s as anyone. And they’ve all been of the white variety. The last two above average TE’s were Cethan Carter and Kyler Reed. Maybe get a few more with melanin.Hopefully if Loftin re-opens his recruitment k-state would be out.

Side note, does anyone know why Loftins brother played at Lewis Central and not in Omaha?
