Carter's kinda got that giga Chad jawline going on.

For a few weeks rumors have been circulating about Oklahoma getting to play host again to their top offensive line target, Grant Brix of Logan (Cockeye) Logan-Magnolia. The nation’s No. 2 offensive lineman in the On3 rankings has been a focus of the Sooners efforts for months but just two weeks ago he took a trip to Lincoln, Neb. that had people concerned.

However, in talking to sources it’s safe to say that the chatter about a return to Norman this weekend has come to reality. Last week Logan-Magnolia was knocked out of the Cockeye state playoffs and now he’ll make his way to Norman this weekend.

It’s not that there hasn’t been some belief it would happen but with Brix things have been shown to change over time. But this time, in our conversations, we’re confident he’ll be making his way to campus.

As we talked about last week there has remained considerable belief that while the Nebraska trip shook confidence it didn’t change Oklahoma’s faith in landing Brix. And now with him coming to Norman this weekend, the Sooners have a real chance.

“You never count on anything but it seems like it’s the last look and (Oklahoma is) going to make sure he has no questions left,” a source said.

The Sooners are real contenders here. Could this week could be the beginning of the end in a long battle between old Big Eight foes?

None of this means anything. The oklahoma recruiting idiots are the biggest homers out there.
