Maybe just setting it up for his firing when he goes 5-7 this fall.
Sort of don't trust these schools to do the right thing, so my mind goes cynical. If the guy isn't winning, just fire him - don't concoct something that's sounds worse than it is. And no, I don't condone hazing.

A couple thoughts:
(1) If Fitz knew this was going on, then very likely he's done.
(2) I never understood male on male hazing that involves homoerotic activities. That's just creepy and says a lot about the organization and dudes taking part in it.
(3) WTF is with the B1G and the history of sordid sexual abuse like this? PSU/Sandusky, MSU/Nassar, OSU/Strauss and now NW.

That doesn't mean there aren't names and dates available in the investigation record. They used a law firm which included the former IG of the state of Illinois, and I number of witnesses were interviewed, so I it's pretty clear they have names/dates.
