Feels v weird. But kids on both teams today and probably don't care about that old rivalry.

Also, not that it matter but I'll mention it anyway, my undying hate for all things Texas has transformed to only a hate for UT. Spent a ton of time in Texas for work and I have to say, Texas is pretty awesome. Would be one of the few places I'd move given the opportunity.

Completely agree with this. It’s just the whole “Don’t mess with Texas” and “Everything’s bigger/better in Texas” schtick makes me have an uncontrollable urge to root for them to lose at everything

No doubt. The university of Texas fucking sucks but make no mistake...the state of Texas fucks hard. I'm biased since I grew up there, have lived in Kansas since 2006 but I love Texas.
