I'm sure they called Kraft - IDK if they even needed to bother with asking him.

The real connection was with the search firm if I understand correctly. UW has an opening for deputy AD which they hired a search firm for. UNL had also hired the same search firm for their AD search to replace Turd. Someone speculated that this was just 2+2 put together by the search firm, which was working closely both schools.

Though I'd be a little pissed if I were UW (if this is true). They hire a firm to find them the best deputy AD candidate and they end up losing their actual AD to another school working w the same firm. Pretty funny actually.
