100% agree. Some of the main issues with Matts tenure is he overestimated himself relative to Nebraskas roster talent.

Hired a lameduck OC in Satt, didnt flip the roster, Raiola stuff, Butler hire. He shouldve gone the baylor route and started from ground zero.

The B1G is a whole different animal. The coaching level and talent level are top notch. It’s easy to get exposed if you’re a fraud.

Many of his best guys in year 3 there were part of the 74 retained when he arrived

Reset is too friendly of a word. We Need a complete rebuild. It all looks like shit minus some aspects of special teams.
