We'll always have that time he worked Seaton on that one play.
Kinda weird. I know he was expected to be a tranny but thought maybe he'd end up sticking around after playing in the bowel game

But maybe that was more out of necessity
Welp running out of development pieces from the hs classes. Hoping for 20+ transfer I guess. 🤷
Thought this kid might pan out at some point, but kind of faded.
Agreed. I think last year in the bowl he played pretty decent and looked alright against Cockeye the game before. I thought he was really starting to click and then this year he was on a milk carton.I saw him out there for the bowl game so I thought there was a chance they would keep him. The talent must not add up to the size 6'5 320.
Keona plays a 3 tech who can slide to a 5. He is definitely more of an interior type DL, but not a 0 - 3 tech like we needed so desperately this last season. Losing Keona would be a big loss because he is athletic for a 3 tech and is just learning to play at this level last year. Simpson is right now more of a 5 tech, but grow into a 3 - 5 tech. He is the player with more upside between Kade and himself, though Kade has shown himself to be a kid with a lot more upside than I expected ..... will be a player that really matters in a few more years.Keona leaving sucks and we will need to replace him at DE. I liked Kade a lot. The DE room was Williams > Keona > Kade. I think Kade can be fine taking those snaps from Keona but we don’t have any other DE’s that can serve as depth. Unless Simpson will play DE? IDK.
