What? Talking about when he took the Miami job and flipped a bunch of Oregon commits right away Gumb. Our preacher’s been here a week and we haven’t had so much as 1 crystal ball. In fact we lost a top 100 recruit today. Try to keep up.

You better slow down and make sure you're even on the path. Cristobal was announced on Dec 6, 2021. He didn't get a commit until Dec 15. He had two commits that day and then a third on Dec 17. His fourth commit didn't come until until Jan 8, over a month after he was announced.

Cmon man, if you're gonna try and make shit up, at least make sure it can't be disproven in a quick Google search.

Edit to add: none of those four were flips from Oregon and one was actually a silent commit to Miami already when Christobal took over.

So 3 commits in 9 days

So, to recap, Rhule still has a few more days to hit that threshold, none of the commits were flips from Oregon as you stated, and one was actually already committed when he took over. And, you're still trying to compare recruiting to Nebraska to recruiting to Miami. Why do you insist on making yourself look dumber with each subsequent post?

My work blocked it due to profanity awhile back and I kind of just went on without it. I went back in the other day and it was working again so I’m diving back in as the majority of my scrolling time happens during the day with a little here and there at night.
Well if it isn't the profanity it's the porn, and if it isn't the porn it's the virus that is @DuckSker's posting. Any way you cut it I can understand how your work would block the site

I've tried and failed before to comprehend it, and I'm sure I'll try and fail again, but I just can't for the life of me understand what the enjoyment fellas like yourself find in deliberately being a nuisance on a message board.

Of all the shticks out there, my brain just can't grasp why one would choose to be annoying. So you accomplish...irritating everybody on what was supposed to be a fuckstick free board? Idk man, just don't get it.

SIAP - I didn't realize once Rhule was hired they had another 30-day window, it doesn't matter that much because the portal opens up for everyone on the 5th.

From Rivals-
The transfer portal does not open up nationwide until Dec. 5. However, players at programs that are undergoing a change at head coach are given 30 days to enter the portal. When Scott Frost was fired, the players had a 30-day window to enter the portal, and now that Matt Rhule has been hired Nebraska players are given another 30-day window to enter the portal.

Can someone correct me if I'm wrong..... isn't Ernest Hausmann connected by family to some big donor or am I thinking of someone else?

To me his move doesn't seem like a play for an NIL offer from Nebraska because wouldn't he go ask for more first? Going nuclear and hitting the portal as your opening move in negotiations seems a little extreme. To me this seems like he is jumping out of a situation he doesn't like. (For the life of me I can't see what that would be, but anyway.....)

I really hope this isn't sour grapes on his group's part because they didn't get what they wanted in the coaching search or because his position coach wasn't retained. If so, welcome to the real world, kid. Position coaches get changed as often as your underwear in CFB.

This kid had 32 tackles, 2 sacks, and 2 TFLs in his last 4 games as a true freshman. That type of production, when mixed with his age, body, pedigree, character, and academics, makes him extremely appealing to other programs. His performance vs Michigan was especially eye opening.

Ohio State's linebackers were hot fucking garbage vs Michigan. Wouldn't be shocked at all if they started sliding into Hausman's DMs.

Definitely a promising start to his career and I'm sure he'll be coveted (who wouldn't want him?), but I'd like to know why he wants to leave because as others have mentioned, doing this to get Nebraska to pony up some NIL cash seems like that isn't what's happening here.

Wouldn't be surprised if Michigan is sliding into Hausman's DMs. Wisconsin was getting irritated with schools such as Michigan tampering with their roster during the season after Chryst was fired. I don't blame the kid for wanting to test the water to see if he can get paid more since he played as a freshman and has descent film.

As for other people who have no film since HS, they will probably be transferring to a G5 school closer back to home. The Crawford kid only committed here due to MJ and got hurt early on here. Most of the kids who transfer want to take the path of least resistance for either playing time or have an easier life without doing the hard work. No point in getting upset with us all knowing the roster would get flipped when a new coach was hired. It happened when Frost was hired and all of our pro style QB's departed and ended up with A2M and missed a chance for Joe Burrows (again) and it shouldn't come as a surprise here that most of the recruits that came because of MJ would leave. Let's give the new staff a chance first to find kids who want to be here and willing to do the work vice worry about losing highly ranked kids who don't want to stay and do the hard work to earn a starting position on the field.
