I swear I remember players tweeting or having videos of them working out at a practice field of a Lincoln high school. I think Dean even confirmed it at one point?

Sign Up Now!You thought we would win more than 4 games? LmaoStop trying to paint this as a disgruntled employee. Our coach got caught and now we face the music. Another distraction for the team. I’m revising back to 4 wins max lol
I really do not think it's Rutledge but more likely a former player. If he is already having trouble getting a job, this sure as hell wouldn't help.
Unless someone like Gerrod was pushing him to do this and then he became the fall guy...I guess that would make sense that he wants to show that it wasn't him that was pushed into this situation.
Didn't think of that.... It would make sense thoughRat is likely either McCaffrey or the kid who went to Kentucky
This ain’t the mafia boys. We in deep trouble. This is the spark we needed to burn it to the groundDidn't think of that.... It would make sense though
FWIW I asked around and I think you can rule them out as the primary reason for this.Rat is likely either McCaffrey or Robinson
Winning games will helpCan we just get one good headline? Like just one…
It’s just one more thing that looks bad. Even if not much comes of it.
might need to change your name to NCAA_TonyThis ain’t the mafia boys. We in deep trouble. This is the spark we needed to burn it to the ground
He broke a rule and people think it’s ok. It’s like what my Dad used to tell idiot parents in school when they asked why their idiot kid was being punished. “Because that’s the rule.”
I’ll consider itmight need to change your name to NCAA_Tony
I might have insinuated it's O.K., but I also realize there's a reason for rules. We don't live in a black and white society of rules.....or shouldn't. There's a bigger picture.
As a University, would I rather get caught having extra practices with an analyst or coach, or raping underage children, or adults? No question I think getting caught having extra practices is almost laughable in comparison.
"IF" this is true, there should be consequences. But if other schools are going to do the shit they do and not get minimally punished, this is a "nothing to see here" moment. Can't anyone with a straight face take the NCAA serious any longer.
It's like when we wanted to play football - we were the villain. C'mon man.

Rutledge, or RATledge, should go check the game tape and see why he can't get a job, try a different career pal.a guy on 247 who seems to have some insider sources says that Rutledge is going after us because he can't get a job now and Nebraska has known about this investigation for a while
I'm not positive but I think those workouts were allowed IF they were organized by players, not coaches. This is alleging that the coaches were involved more than they were allowed to be.I swear I remember players tweeting or having videos of them working out at a practice field of a Lincoln high school. I can't see it either, but that's just an opinion. They seemed to have reasonable relationships with others on the team, but nothing surprises me nowadays.
