Breaking NCAA coming for us

So the evidence here is that the “school has significant video footage” of the allegations taking place. way you would need to obtain the video footage to review would be to get it subpoenaed.

The NCAA doesn’t have subpoena power.

If “the school has significant video evidence according to an unnamed source” is the only evidence anyone has, we can tell the NCAA to get fucked and Luke Mccaffreys whole family.
From McKweon's article:
The two primary allegations center on work done by Rutledge — who, as an analyst, was not allowed to direct players in a practice setting — and whether NU players worked out last summer under the direction of the Huskers' strength and conditioning staff. Action Network said the NCAA has video footage of "documenting the impermissible use of analysts and consultants."

And RSS is bringing out the pitchforks.

I've said it once and will say it again. Another school does something like this, and we laugh and say nothing will happen - and it doesn't. We're accused of something like this, and people go full on stupid.

Just because it's bad optically doesn't mean others aren't doing it. Whoever was the snitch is the one that needs to be taken out back and put out of their misery.

Meanwhile at Michigan, Penn State and Michigan state they can get it on with underage kids. SMH.

This is a good reminder for people (and society) to step away from the ledge. We're so backwards in this country it's asinine.
He broke a rule and people think it’s ok. It’s like what my Dad used to tell idiot parents in school when they asked why their idiot kid was being punished. “Because that’s the rule.”

So McKweon wrote that they already have the footage and McMurphy said that the school is in possession.

Which is it?

If it’s the former, why hasn’t a punishment been decided on?

a guy on 247 who seems to have some insider sources says that Rutledge is going after us because he can't get a job now and Nebraska has known about this investigation for a while

Any rookie attorney should be able to paint this as a disgruntled employee lashing out.

If he thinks going after his former employer by airing dirty laundry to the NCAA is going to get him a job he is the stupidest fucking moron on earth. He committed career suicide and he needs to retrain forthwith.

Stop trying to paint this as a disgruntled employee. Our coach got caught and now we face the music. Another distraction for the team. I’m revising back to 4 wins max lol

what a d bag

I really do not think it's Rutledge but more likely a former player. If he is already having trouble getting a job, this sure as hell wouldn't help.

Unless someone like Gerrod was pushing him to do this and then he became the fall guy...I guess that would make sense that he wants to show that it wasn't him that was pushed into this situation.
