We might have broken a rule that shouldn’t have been a rule and we had the lowest Covid numbers of any big ten school to boot. So we allegedly committed a victimless crime.

If Frost has obtained counsel I’m sure this has been going on for awhile. Not that you can’t retain counsel very quickly, but I’d be shocked if this hasn’t been in the works for some time.

So the evidence here is that the “school has significant video footage” of the allegations taking place. The way you would need to obtain the video footage to review would be to get it subpoenaed.

The NCAA doesn’t have subpoena power.

If “the school has significant video evidence according to an unnamed source” is the only evidence anyone has, we can tell the NCAA to get fucked.
