This is very cool. I've eaten at 4 of them, Antoine's, Tadich Grill in SF, Legends in Deadwood and the Carolina Coffee Shop in Chapel Hill. Would have been 5 but the oldest one in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, The City Tavern established in 1773, closed down recently. It's right next to Independence Hall and was frequented by the Founding Fathers. They still had dishes from the 1700's with the original recipes.
