Count 1: Guilty on Voluntary Manslaughter (5-15 years)

Count 2: Guilty on Armed Criminal Action (enhances first count minimum and adds 5 years on that don't start until after the sentence on count 1 is finished being served)

Was hoping for Murder 2nd degree but this was next best option.

Murder Trial #2 for the State of Missour'ah down and Guillty.
Got 5 more to go this year.

hit up stk. it was ok. now at happiest hour going to head back to downtown marriot. tomorrow we have to hit up the market then late afternoon will head down towards AAC for the mavs game.
Happiest hour is a good spot. Will be a great spot for NFL games today. Temps going to be in the 60's before a 35 degree drop tomorrow.

I recommend a couple of spots in Deep Ellum. It's maybe just outside of walking distance east of downtown. I lived down there in my single days.

Dots is a good outside spot when the weather is nice. For lunch, Pecan Lodge IMHO is the best BBQ in Dallas. Line up as early as possible, though. If you're not interested in BBQ, then Angry Dog Tavern is my favorite burger place in that area.

Beyond that, there's dozens of other bars and music joints all walking distance in the deep ellum neighborhood. Have fun, brother!

Spent most of Friday afternoon digging people out that got stuck in our neighborhood, as the plows hadn't come through. It was really bad and I am so freaking sore even 2 days later. How does the Universe reward me? I go to back out of the garage yesterday, to discover that Reverse won't engage. I put it in neutral and me and the daughter's boyfriend pushed my Palisade out of the garage just to test it out. Transmission slipped in Drive and wouldn't engage in Reverse, so I get to have the dealership come and tow it tomorrow morning. 43k miles on it, so at least it's still under warranty, but definitely didn't need that...

My grandpa had a saying for that. "No good deed goes unpunished". Seems backwards but that's how it goes sometimes
