I happened to flip to that game and the very first play I saw Adrian mishandled the shotgun snap and gave very poor effort to get it back. Big loss on the play.

I am really curious what people would say/do if someone tried to build one of those around a lake community or in any community for that matter

it's better looking than some of the eyesore apartment complexes that get built near lakes but it would look goofy as hell by itself
