We've seen quite a few people moving from Minneapolis to the Lake of the Ozarks. Obviously it being colder is a factor for some but numerous have mentioned escalating crime. Also sounds like they have some serious immigration issues. 1 of our clients mentioned Minneapolis/St Paul area is one of the top destinations for Immigration in the country, and it is causing some problems. Lots of African Immigrants, mainly Somalia & Ethiopians, drawn their as they have relatives that immigrated there so it has a somewhat established immigrant community. They mentioned large Somalian & Ethiopian community . If I'm an immigrant from Africa I think I would rather be in a warmer weather area of the country, more like home. Cold weather sucks

He was better than Frost, but his quirkiness wouldn’t be a good fit for Nebraska. I don’t consider him a top tier coach, but he’s better than average coach and the coach at K State would’ve been a better hire than P pants. Glad we have Matt Rhule vice some of the names that were floated out there.
