what is he saying

That Wandale nearly left mid-season but was talked out of it.

No one is saying “what the real issue is” because it’s a sum of the parts.

It’s systemic failure at multiple levels.

We have a staff full of individuals that don’t excel at recruiting, development, retention. They don’t properly manage a game let alone a program.

Special teams is one of the most important functions of a football program and yet we only allow for an analyst (who is no longer here by the way; see:scapegoat).

There is an internal perception that has driven a wedge between players/players as well players/staff... and no one internally wants to acknowledge it.

I don't doubt that some feel this way, but why would CTB and Jojo come back if it was this extreme? Seems like the truth is most likely somewhere in the middle?

Sounds to me like problems because you're losing not losing because of these problems.

why haven't any of our assistant coaches been fired or moved on?

Always considered Mike513 and NuFan two of the more legit posters on the board. Mike is always a little more negative and NuFan always a little more positive. I trust their info though. If Mike says there are big problems then likely there are. After watching this season it’s not difficult to come to that conclusion anyway.
