The ENTIRE coaching staff is there with the kids and very interactive even at that age. He took a picture with every single kid, asked them their name and where they are from etc.

Most involved I have ever seen a staff with elementary age kids. NAIA schools don't pay them that much attention.

Rhule's wife started her own business in Lincoln, so I wouldn't think they are planning on leaving anytime soon -
