He is the biggest conundrum I've ever seen in sports. Literally just INCREDIBLE for 90+% of a game, and then consistently doesn't perform at the end. Statistically having an INSANE year, and the wins aren't following. He is quite literally the best non-winning QB of all time. Wouldn't be in a lot of these games without him - can't seem to win them with him.

It's just tough all around.

AM makes game losing mistakes in crunch time. Just doesn't get it done.

I like him also, but we've seen the same broken record of exasperating stuff from him late in 4th qtrs for years now. If he is going to turn it around, well, now is the time.

This. Drives me nuts. Because the dude makes crazy good plays under near constant pressure. Did you guys see Turners presser today? They said they felt good just opening up and letting Hutch get vertical and turn the corner so he could AM could step up. Problem is. It happens so damn fast. It sucked.

but back to the point. The kid makes unbelievable plays despite pretty much a dog shit OL for his career. But he just can’t get out of his own way on crucial moments. I at least appreciate him owning it in the presser. He seems like he’s an outstanding person.

Amen. I was telling someone yesterday - perhaps the most impressive thing about him is that, over and over, he steps up to the mic, takes ownership, and answers the questions that he knows are coming with poise and respect. Easy to do the post game when you have success...tough to do when you can't get into the W column late in games
