I don't know if it is a down year for the state of Nebraska, the 105 or both but only 3 offers out so far for the local 2026 recruits.
Callahan has said to expect a total of about 15 in the 2026 class (about 5-7 of the 15 being significant freshman NIL investments, the remainder "normal" investment). This is the result of the 105 limit and to me at least implies a steady state figure of about 35 transfers on the entire roster at any one time (105 spread over 5 classes, 10-12 transfers a year). They are managing to 95 per Rhule.
With those kinds of numbers, the Nebraska numbers have to drop significantly. The state doesn't produce very many likely P2 contributors every year.
