I honestly don’t want the next AD to be prevalent at all. It always is terrible when the AD is in the news and if (s)he isn’t, that generally means everything is going well.

All I'm saying is at some point I'd like a quiet offseason where AD is consistently getting shit done and coaches are grinding to get their teams better without rumors floating around.
