Not many NFL guys right now who have college experience (like Saban did when Bama hired him).

If I were them I would go all in on Lane

Lane is a good coach but he had huge bouts of immaturity when he was run out as an assistant there. Folks in the administration don't take him seriously because of that (heard this on a podcast this AM).

I'd assume he's grown up a lot since then but I think there will be questions in regards to that.
