I don’t even think Verduzco was probably a bad qb coach teaching mechanics. He sucked as a recruiter outside Milton. It will always be about the jimmys and the joes for the most part.

I think there’s a lot of coaches who can preach the right mechanics but don’t know how to make it click for guys. I don’t know shit of what they worked on in practice cuz I think some coaches can go thru drills & exercises that help adopt the new mechanics then there’s the coaches who just remind u of the steps & dont know shit beyond that. The fact that haarberg dropped it immediately & Rhule & company is letting him do his thing, makes me believe verduzco wasn’t doing it effectively
