You'll have to hold a revenue share block for him until the fall. I think he already has an OV set for himself at Ohio St first of September, after the dead period. He's likely one of the few people who can get schools to hold revenue sharing blocks.

He weas dismissed from the program for an undisclosed reason before he arrived at Clemson. I think "entering the portal" is a mistake. I am not sure this is technically a transfer, he never attended class or practiced. The school can just give him a release. He can just go somewhere else.
