It is totally understandable why this visit is going away. This kid was committed to UNC last year, de-committed when their coach was fired. Recently, his mother became ill and he decided he wanted to stay close to home, that resulted in him canceling a Clemson OV to go on an OV to UNC last week, and he got to know and like Belichick and is now staying home at UNC.
 
Isn't this basically what Missouri is doing?

Other states probably should hop on board with it if they want to see their local universities keep up.
Does this mean Nebraska can pay kids in those states too? Or is it ONLY for those state schools? What i mean is could a HS kid in Texas sign a NIL deal for Dorothy Lynch?

Good question. Idk. I think Missouri is that you have to sign with an in state school. That was basically how they got Nwaneri to stay home.
 
He was never coming here. Fell in love with Michigan on his March visit there. He visited Bama last weekend. Michigan is June 20.
