A charitable interpretation would be if they were aware of his commitment timeline and this fits with when he had previously said he would commit. Having said that, this is Nebraska and the worst possible outcome is what I’m preparing for (he will win a natty at Cockeye and CU).

It does not specify that that big news is a commitment. We have all seen this before and it turns out to be a top 3 or something. Does this 247 writer know something more than is in the tweet, or is he making an assumpion as to what the big news is?

If it makes you feel any better, Mongo said it sounds like it is a commitment announcement.

I was told by a network source it's expected to be a commitment announcement. So I'm going off that
