Maybe, it feels like they had someone higher on their board and that's why Pietrzak hadn't committed to them yet.

Probably going to be competing narratives here where OU says they filled up and Nebraska says they pulled it out.

It feels like the "early" OV to OU would signal he's up toward the top of their board, but bird in the hand vs two in the bush could easily apply here
