I remember when The BarnStache had shoulder surgery so ole Bo Pelini moved GA Vince Morrow into a recruiting role to go out on the road meeting with recruits. VInce turned out to be a great recruiter for us until he got hired by Kentucky and stole some of those recruits.

I'm going to guess Josh Martin is not out recruiting, Baby G and Martin would probably cover the same area so they have Baby G out instead of Martin. They need someone like Simpson covering Miami/Florida with his connections there.

Good head coaches motivate their assistants to go out recruiting. Great head coaches figure out a way to get their worst recruiter off the road for 6 months a year
