Is there a more poorly laid out city than Lincoln?

I've been told from a Dallas friend that it's one of the best for how the suburbs are laid out. He lying to me @lee_carvallo_12

Dallas? I try not to go to the suburbs and just stick to the Dallas city limits if possible.
