Got to know the Lincoln streets well when I was a runner for a law firm during college. North to South - 10th and 56th street are the quickest.

Sign Up Now!It’s shit…and Omaha is that diahrea through a screen door shit. Cause well, Omaha. The infrastructure is completely trash. Takes 25 minutes just to get anywhere. 35 min from North to south. Swimtown has it better.
Honestly, it was pretty great. Highest per capita income & police-to-citizen ratio in the state of Georgia. You felt completely safe there 100% of the time.No offense brother, but that scenario scares the shit out of me. I'll take a messy city any day over any "planned" community. To each his own... Shakespeare, not thE kErnEl
Hmmmm, you make quite the convincing argument.Honestly, it was pretty great. Highest per capita income & police-to-citizen ratio in the state of Georgia. You felt completely safe there 100% of the time.
And going for a morning run or bike ride on the cart paths through the pine trees with all of all of the flight attendants, pilot & businessmen’s wives, and local southern girls would have been right up your alley, amigo. Opportunity central for a fit, young midwestern lad. 😎

Twin Cities are surprisingly efficient as well.Tbh Omaha is one of the easiest cities to get around out there. Grid pattern of the streets really helps
I mean... 84th Street is pretty fucking quick North to South.Got to know the Lincoln streets well when I was a runner for a law firm during college. North to South - 10th and 56th street are the quickest.
ITT: we were all law firm runners and now have kids around 2
And you used to be able to get some legit breakfast burritos while doing it.This is also exactly how I know my way around DT Lincoln so well.
And I don’t mean just the roads, I’m talking about every skywalk or tunnel connecting the buildings, doors that you didn’t know were there and shortcuts through buildings/etc.
Like most people have no idea you can walk from the Cornhusker Marriott to campus without ever going outside.
I concurAustin TX has to rank near the bottom
Wasn’t a runner, but was an intern DT like 20 years back and would get bored and then explore all the connections. I learned where to get breakfast and coffee more than anything on that job.And you used to be able to get some legit breakfast burritos while doing it.
Hence the username?I learned where to get breakfast and coffee more than anything on that job.
Drove through downtown Boston about a month ago. Kept getting on streets that went thru tunnels……LolGo visit Boston, then come back to Lincoln and kiss the feet of the city planners.
Rumor has it that traffic throughout yore city tends to be on the sucky side. Just a rumor, tho…….🤣No offense brother, but that scenario scares the shit out of me. I'll take a messy city any day over any "planned" community. To each his own... Shakespeare, not thE kErnEl
At times. For a city of 2 million, it's to be expected.Rumor has it that traffic throughout yore city tends to be on the sucky side. Just a rumor, tho…….🤣

The Northeast is the worst place to live if you have a car. Stop and go traffic on old roads that are salted 6 inches deep in the winter.Drove through downtown Boston about a month ago. Kept getting on streets that went thru tunnels……Lol
Don’t know about Boston overall but the streets we drove on, away from downtown, were in horrible shape. Transmission and alignment shops must be busy as shit.
