Is the NFL rigged?

I’ve been saying for a while that the game can only be influenced but not rigged. Refs can’t make the ball go into a hoop but they 100% are steering some games in a direction that benefits the league & they only get a few opportunities while maybe letting teams play a certain way that benefits one of em.

LA gets a new a team & it’s a championship City plus their owner & Goodell/certain owners are having some problems after St.Louis then we get the gawd awful call against the saints so the league adds PI review which they tank & get rid of in one year & Tawm Brady fucks up their plans. Next rams SB & they win on a drive with a suspect flag in a scenario a lot of refs wouldn’t throw one & now the league has a championship franchise in a city that expects the lakers or dodgers.

Clearly, he reported. What other reason could there be for him to approach the referee and not report? Even though the referees fucked up, they refuse to accept their mistake.

Heaven forbid someone acknowledge their mistakes, but then again, no one will acknowledge their mistakes these days.

my tinfoil hat theory is that the NFL tolerates blown calls and general incompetence as a cover for when they need to put a finger on the scale. not even addressing the gambling, the NFL and TV networks have a strong financial interest in keeping games close and/or making sure their most popular teams and players succeed

It's true that a referee can influence things, either intentionally or by human error.

It's absurd to think that there is a vast conspiracy to "rig" games. That would take a coordinated effort that presumes that no one involved in that complicated effort would speak of it. People are always the weakest link and we'd know by now.

Good post, and probably an overlooked post.

68 also reported and then 70 reported nullifying 68, I dont see the hubbub? Also I have no doubt the NFL is rigged.
Are you sure that’s how it all went down? Everyone on espn said the 3 players went over there to throw Dallas off while 68 reported.
