Will CFB resemble the NFL in the near future?

1. Will CFB resemble the NFL in the near future? i.e., will there be a few large conferences (B10 and SEC) that have all the resources, all the player and coaching talent?

2. If your answer to #1 is yes, do you think it is wise for a program, like Nebraska, to envision itself, and eventually operate like, an NFL organization?

Seems to be trending that way, but I guess I don't know how to answer #2. What are the potential differences that could come by envisioning ourselves more like an NFL organization? Like as in leadership structure and having a GM?

Regardless, the more it becomes like the NFL the shittier it will be, I'm afraid. More than any other sport, so many of the charms of college football have always come from its nonconformity and wackiness.
