They’ve focused a lot on expansion and increasing profits while sacrificing quality the past decade plus

I've had Ruth's Chris a few times and found it to be good but not great. Every visit was on the company dime and I'd never go out of my way for it. It will get a lot of people at first as Omaha loves to try the new thing but it won't take much business away from the traditional steakhouses.
