Harbaugh and Michigan under NCAA investigation

Best case scenario: this provides Harbaugh the final motivation to leave, NCAA applies some penalties, and the next coach has to deal with the fallout.

I think it's likely Harbaugh leaves regardless, less confidence in the NCAA doing anything of note to Michigan.

My wife overheard me reading this in the bathroom this morning...

I like Harbaugh. He's got people at the NCAA & on the UM academic side that hate him, so wouldn't surprise me if these bean-counting "violations" were basically a witch hunt to force him out.

But I'm not gonna shed any tears, because him jumping to the NFL & Michigan football becoming a clown show would be an outstanding development.

Seems strange to commit a level 1 violation over some minor level 2 violations.

What were Frost's violations considered?

There are so many plausible items in your 1st sentence. It's like you want Harbaugh to stick to the fuckhead, sanctimonious academic side - but the alternative is likely better for Nebraska. BTW, I don't mind Harbaugh either. It seems he silently trolls the masses with his weirdness, and they don't even know it's happening.

Harbaugh is such an odd, obsessive, brash guy it’s not hard to see how he could ruffle feathers.

My wife was on work travel and went to go check into her hotel and none other than Jim Harbaugh was next to her. Said his conversation with the front desk person was just…odd. No eye contact, one word answers, etc.

My extremely unofficial and amateur diagnosis is that he has Asperger’s Syndrome.

What was it that Nebraska did that Howard said they should be kicked out for? I can't remember now.
