Have you looked at the Pings or Mizunos? BIL just got fit for some of the new Mizuno JPX Hot Metals and said he really likes them.
I got fitted last spring. Told the fitter I didn't have a brand preference and just wanted what gave me the best launch pattern and groupings. Ended up in Pro 243's. Couldn't be happier with them - https://mizunogolf.com/ca/golf-clubs/mp-series/mizuno-pro-243/.

Due for a new driver this year. Have been in the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond with Ventus Velocore shaft for the last 3 years. Very tempted to just go with the Ping G430 LST that came out midway through last season. Have heard great things about it. Lots of tour players use it, even guys with deals with other companies. Noticed that Keegan Bradley was using it and he's a Cleveland guy. I was just going to pull the shaft out of my Paradym and put a Ping adapter on it, since I like that shaft a lot.

I was between T150s, P770s and Pro 243s during my last fitting. I had the same numbers with all but just came down to looks for me. Ended up taking the T150s.

I’m currently gaming a G430 LST with a Graphite Design Tour AD XC. Absolutely love it but if you don’t make a good pass with it spin numbers will drop below 2000 rpm so the carry distance might not be there. Not sure which Ventus you are playing but it’s a good driver. I’m gonna look at the regular G440 to see if I can bring the spin up a touch.

I have the opposite issue with spin in that I am trying to get under 2500 consistently. That's why I was looking at the LST in particular. I have the ventus velocore 6x. It's a good Mid Launch/Low Spin shaft. Would like to get consistent 2200rpm's and 12 degree launch. My current combo is around 14-16 degree launch with the head set at 9degrees and 2400-2500 rpms.

Assuming you’re playing the ventus blue? I hit the ball pretty high with a lot of spin and everything in my bag is designed to knock the ball down. Just wondering if I did too much. If you look at new shafts check out some of the Graphite Design stuff. I was a 6x Ventus Velocore Black and then Blue TR before switching to the Tour AD XC. Don’t know if I could go back now.

Actually been looking at them online! I like the reviews and look. Just need to go swings some. Thanks for the info!
One plus to mizuno is that they don’t up charge for anything. Most shafts or grips so you really don’t have any unexpected costs. Hard to go wrong with either. If I was gonna build a bag with one brand top to bottom it would probably be Ping.

Ya, it's the ventus blue 6x velocore. Haven't looked at graphite design in a while. I am likely going to do a driver fitting later this spring and go through the whole process with no brand bias.

Same with fighting high spinny shots. That's another reason I ended up with the Mizuno pro 243's with KBS $-taper 120 shafts. It really flattened out my launch angle and took a lot of spin off.

No brand bias is key. I never thought I’d leave the Ventus line up but had to have an open mind.

We must be pretty similar. I ended up with T150s with AMT white X100 soft stepped. Was hitting the Mizuno Pro 243’s with $-taper S+ 125.

What’s your ball speed like? Feels like you’re leaving a lot of distance on the table with those launch conditions

A good playing ball speed for me is 163-5. My all out long drive ball speed is around 170. CHS around 108-110 playing speed.

You're right, it's not optimized. That's why I'm due for a driver fitting to get it dialed in.

I’m basically the same ball speed #s. Definitely think any of the low spin heads would be a good option for you. I have a TSi3 9* and actually switched from a GD shaft to Ventus Blue 6x to get the launch angle down a bit and bring my spin number up a touch. I’m around 10-12* launch angle now and don’t really touch that 15-17* level anymore. It’s just way more playable in the Nebraska wind for me even if maybe slight suboptimal based on the numbers.
