the heydays for message boards were like from 2003-2015, the MB and the RSS are shells of what they once were

thats why I am so surprised there are new people because by 2016/17 it felt like nobody new was joining and slowly but surely more and more people stopped posting and canceled their rivals sub (thats what I did in March of 2020, had a rivals sub since 2007 just not worth my time anymore)

So admittedly I joined HOL back in 2017 like right after the Frost hire cause I thought HOL was like THE place for inside info after my first ever tunnel talk. After a while I’ve learned that it’s a shit load of Monday morning couch coaches and like maybe 5 real insiders that know much of anything legit. Every now and then Dean will pop in with something worth anything but more often than not I just now look for the horrid comments about things, which is sad that I pay money for that

Having to know you since we had the Kirkman’s round in 2007, then rediscovering you on a message board has been truly hilarious.

Side note: Rivals is nothing of what it used to be, especially after Clouse was gone.

I was invited already, but some dick moderator banned me before my first post. I'm not sure why I was pre-bant, but I'd rather stick with the single palatium bored anyway. Spelling errors are intentional.

Perhaps my favorite "Gary" story. Her leaving a growler in the stool was incredible theater. I think of it whenever I pass by the screen in the family room and my wife has "The Voice" on TV. It's always good for a chortle or two.

lol yep that's how I know Communism is bad. No I don't have a good explanation I just didn't know it existed. Wasn't in my realm of interests to to find or lean about.

2016 was the Dark Ages and not much good happening. I'm just surprised that's when you found out about it. The heyday was early 2000s with Billy C.

OP makes me realize why some people on this message board don't understand my jokes or references because I have been banned from the RSS since 2016 and so people from the RSS would come to the MB and play with the big boys.


Sad. I personally feel the My Little Pony thread was a much less divisive than the RSS and the posters were/are much closer e-friends than anybody on the RSS or MB.


I had no idea people were still joining or new people going to the RSS. They weren't there for SIA or HTO or LouisianaHusker making Dawson County look bad (which is hard to do) or JoRoWi Dart League or Kelly Clarkson using the bathroom or the time Mike Matya looked up the billing information of a poster and then gave their name to Pelini so he could corner him in the basement of the Cornhusker and scream at him with a State Trooper and Carl standing by as muscle.


I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
