Just to be clear, I absolutely hate being this negative about the program. It kills me, but I've been duped in the past, and I'm just to the point that I'm tired of supposedly being pissed on during monsoon season.

One thing is certain...I wouldn't have disappeared if this season's results were reversed and my concerns were not shown to be spot-on. I'd still love for Scott to prove statistics (cited by his very own boss) and me wrong.

There are certain hallmarks of organizational structure that tend to rule the day. I'm not happy with Turd at the moment, but I'm still positive about his potential to hire the right guy. If he can wade through the necrotic incestuous nature of the program to get there is more an open question now though, seeing as he caved to it in Round 1.

A simple phrase like "It;s obvious we have some areas that need improvement and we, as a staff, are going to work hard to see that those improvements are made" would do wonders for his credibility.

That's the frustrating part of our offense. You can't get too excited when we put together a good drive or make a big play, because you know what's going to happen when we get in the red zone. Our offense is just a big cocktease.
