I'm not overly concerned about this: it's hyperbole and twitter will forget about it in the next 24-48 hours.

However, it just shows total lack of EQ by Frost. He could have said, "they are working harder than before. We've had to get out the puke buckets." Instead he notes 15-20 per practice for one position group. Holy fuck dude, don't make it easy for the media to scrutinize your stupid statements.

It's like if I go on a party weekend with friends to Vegas and we all hook up with various skanks. I should just say, "great time, we all got laid." What I shouldn't say, "great time, we all got laid like 5x a night!" It goes from me telling a good story to me being an obvious, over-the-top bullshitter who ruins a good story.
