Starting off the night with this bad boy below, a 19 yo Wardhead. While technically a blended malt, it's really just "teaspooned" Glenfiddich, i.e., a single cask of Glenfiddich with a very trace amount of Balvenie put into it by the owners so that independent bottlers can't market it as single malt Glenfiddich. (The opposite composition, Balvenie with a trace amount of Glenfiddich, is called Burnside, in case anyone's curious.) I'm a fan.
