I feel bad for Fidone.
Seems like good kid that loves Nebraska and had all the potential in the world.

But it’s incredibly clear he can’t play at a high level after his injuries.

Yeah. It's nobodies fault, but he's a negative in blocking and obviously not far enough ahead of his back ups as a receiving threat to justify the fuck ups. Hope he has some high points before he's done playing but today definitely ain't one of them

It's impossible to say with the roster size cut coming. I'd suspect someone decentish would take a flyer on him. Hell maybe he turns it around in Lincoln, but it was definitely not a subtle message sent today

Michigan was tampering to try and get him this year. I think he put a lot of the injury concerns to rest by playing a full season, but IMO he looked not fully rehabbed, and needed another season of flexibility and change of direction rehab to get back to his potential.

If he did choose to leave, I think he'd still have significant P2 interest. Satt didn't do him any favors with the positions he was putting him in.
