Edit: Williams Commits To Auburn

Not a huge surprise, but still sucks we weren't able to keep him.

Onto the next....at the same time the transfer portal doesn't have me quite as nervous if we're unable to fill needs with traditional recruiting. My concern is talent development when your roster turns as much as our has/does.

Is he saying he doesn’t agree with us wanting Lenhardt instead of Williams?

Or is he saying he doesn’t agree with Williams wanting Auburn over us?
 
Can't let something like this happen again.

Williams is the type of recruit we routinely have trouble recruiting. The last similar (body type, position, geography) commit we had that I can think of is Caleb Tannor.
 
I guess I’m confused, didn’t we essentially process this guy? Obviously lame we didn’t have better communication but all in all not that big of a deal from my perspective

Do you think anybody on this page actually knows? It is amazing the amount of speculation on everything Husker football that then becomes “yep, that’s what happened”, “yeah we did this we did that”. None of you clowns know. Sorry but you’re all clowns if you think you know anything. If you do truly know then raise your hand and please be the only one to further comment on what “We” did with said recruits. Football practice…I get it, we’ve got some water boys watching and possible GA contacts, and maybe even possible guys watching a practice here and there.
Anyone thinking Mongo, Robin, Deab or whoever knows you’re a clown too. No coach is going to tell them how they recruited a kid or lost a recruit. They throw darts at the wall harder than anyone and ppl hang on it likes it’s gospel.

I get what you mean but there are actual insiders and this isn’t a Fort Knox level secret. I guarantee some boosters got some info on what went down behind the scenes
