What the staff has done (with a couple dudes down at that) in 24 days is super impressive. Nebraska had no momentum on the recruiting trail last year, let alone this season.

A chill went up my spine when I remembered how last year most of the recruiting talk was Dean defending a shitty class because "we always knew the numbers meant it would be shitty."

We barely gave any effort recruiting last year, so to be in this place on such short notice is a real accomplishment.

The other thing that is really noticeable is how, as we were closing this class the last couple of days, a flood of 2024 offers went out. These guys aren't going to ever be satisfied (and have the ability to work on more than one thing at a time).
