Drinking Thread

Simple Woodford on the rocks after a long day prepping the house for listing this week.

Was waiting for a special occasion to crack my GTS.. turns out that special occasion was a random Saturday night 2 days after acquiring it.
I’ll be having an Old Louisville 8 year rye store pick during the Blues game later

Had too many mint juleps last night. Yikes.

My sister-in-law's client brought her some premium Kentucky bourbon, that she shared with the family. Of course, I do not remember the brand, but after three I was pretty over the top since I inserted some mango Blue Moons into the picture...and finished out the night with Coors.

Woke up, ate breakfast and went back to sleep from 10am - 12noon. Then it took me an hour to wake up. Yay - yard work.

Well done, sir!

Let's see per person
Only 100 beers per year. Do better America. We’re getting our asses kicked

image

  • The average Czech drank 240 beers in 2023—more than twice the American average of 100.
  • European nations all ranked in the top 10 countries by beer consumption per capita in 2023, based on the latest available data.
  • The U.S. ranked in 27th on a per capita basis, falling below the UK, Australia, and Brazil according to analysis from Kirin Holdings.

That's truly embarrassing.
