I don't believe that at all. That is the dumbest thing Rhule could have done, sacrifice the OL for a chance at a great QB...when there are plenty of other quality QBs that exist...

Why didn’t he keep a very good coach like Bill Busch then? Donnie wasn’t close to the most qualified coach he could have kept off the Frost staff. I’m guessing Rhule thought him and Foley could fill the void if Raiola wasn’t a super line coach.
