Newer thing to say on Twitter, weird to explain but if someone says something dumb that you don't agree with, you can just say ratio and the other people who don't like it, will like the ratio tweet in order to get more likes than the dumb tweet.

I usually see it’s more that people try to get the number of comments well over the number of likes. So the ratio on the tweet shows that the tweet sucks
