It is "mind-bottling" that 21 of Sims' turnovers came in the first seven games of his true freshman plus this year.

The other 17 games in his career, a continuous stretch in the middle of that 2020-2023 sandwich, he averaged 1 turnover a game.

An argument could be made that by sticking with him, we might have settled in by now. Don’t know if it’s accurate, and the injury really makes it a moot point, but it sure would be nice if he figured out how to hold onto the ball because he’s clearly the best option from a tools perspective.
