TBH, I see every recruit or transfer as about a 50/50 chance of bolting after two seasons. I don't spend much time learning the roster beyond the starting lineup because of that.

It's like in Band of Brothers when one of the veterans said he didn't bother to get to know the new guys because they'd likely end up dead.
